Individual
Typically, individual sessions begin by scheduling a weekly time slot.
Therapy can look different for each individual. We will work together to see what works best for you to meet your goals.
While it is always your choice if you would like to continue sessions, it is a good idea to check in by 6 sessions to see if therapy is working for you and that our goals are in-line. You may also choose to attend therapy every other week.
Individual sessions are $160 for 50 minutes. Sliding scale is available on request.
Relationships
Relationship therapy is a good option if you want to work with others and dive into how your patterns, communication, parts, and connections affect one another. I use a method called Intimacy from the inside out. It is related to Internal Family Systems theory, where we will learn about how individual parts relate to one another, as well as learning to calm nervous system responses, so we can approach communication from a curious, centered and calm place.
Relationship sessions are $185 for 60-minutes. Sliding scale is available on request.
